Frequently Asked Questions About Azad Capital
What is Azad Capital?
How fast is funding?
You get a quote within 24 hours of sending your bank statements. Once approved and signed, funds arrive in 1 to 3 business days.
Do I need good personal credit?
Credit is a secondary factor. Underwriting focuses primarily on your business's cash flow, daily revenue and bank balance history.
What does Azad Capital financing cost?
Pricing uses upfront factor rates of 1.15 to 1.45, depending on risk, plus an origination fee of 3% to 10% depending on underwriting complexity - all set out in your quote. You know your total payback amount before accepting an offer.
How do I apply?
Complete the short form at azadcapital.com/get-mca-funding or email sales@azadcapital.com, then send your 6 most recent months of corporate bank statements.
What financing does Azad Capital offer?
One product: the ACMI Merchant Cash Advance - $5,000 to $30,000 in revenue-based funding over 1-8 month structures. A merchant cash advance is a purchase of a portion of your future receivables, not a loan.
Who is eligible?
Revenue-generating Ontario businesses with at least 6 months of operating history and $8,000 or more in monthly revenue, across a wide range of industries from healthcare and retail to trades, transportation and professional services.
Do I need collateral?
Security is limited to the receivables Azad purchases - no lien on your equipment, real estate or other assets. No personal guarantee is required; Azad asks only for a performance guarantee.
How do repayments work?
Daily or weekly remittances of typically 15% to 20% of gross daily sales. Repayments are not automatically adjusted, but you can request an adjustment each month based on your sales.
Is Azad Capital a broker?
No. Azad is a direct funder - advances come from its own balance sheet, and you deal directly with the underwriting decision-makers.
